Choose target job titles (CTO, VP Engineering, Director, Manager, Senior roles).
Set location to India and company size to 51+ employees.
Set industries to Technology, SaaS, Fintech and Software.
Run the Apollo.io people search.
Run the RocketReach search for the same criteria.
Remove duplicate email addresses (keep the higher-scoring record).
Score each lead on the 0–100 scale.
Assign Hot, Warm, Lukewarm or Cold ratings.
Sync the scored list to Google Sheets.
Hand the Hot and Warm leads to the agency's outreach team.

500+ = 20 · 201–500 = 15 · 51–200 = 10

Verified business email adds 25 points.

A direct phone number adds 10 points.
